ABOUT
My name is Jesse Ruderman, and I serve as an Executive Functioning Coach dedicated to helping individuals maximize their potential in both academic and personal settings. With extensive experience in higher education, I have developed a thorough understanding of the distinct challenges that students encounter, particularly within the dynamic context of universities.
My commitment to supporting students on their path to success has led me to my current role within the Learning Effectiveness Program (L.E.P.) at Denver University. I support individuals with a holistic methodology that integrates cognitive interventions and behavioral strategies to enhance executive functioning skills.
I am particularly passionate about advocating for neurodivergent learners and have dedicated a significant part of my career to providing customized support for individuals with diverse neurological profiles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where neurodivergent students can thrive. I strive to promote awareness and inclusion, celebrating the unique strengths and talents of every individual.
Previously, I have served as an English professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver and held the role of Director at College Living Experience. These positions have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and insight into both academic and neurodivergent communities, informing my approach to executive functioning and enabling me to develop tailored strategies that address each student’s specific needs.
Through my expertise and unwavering dedication to student success, I aim to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those I support.
Thank you for taking the time to connect with me, and I look forward to engaging with you in discussions about executive functioning and academic empowerment.
